Your brain loves patterns. By Sunday night, you’re in a slower, safer rhythm. Then Monday snaps that pattern in half. Your amygdala reads the shift as “new threat,” so it fires up for stress and survival.

But you can tell your brain you’re okay. Take three slow breaths. Remind yourself it’s a new week, not a new danger.
