Defending Your Child's Brain
A parents' guide for kids ages 0-25
I’m a parent, just like any other, doing my best to raise strong, thoughtful kids in a world that doesn’t always make that easy. I also happen to be an educator, author, and filmmaker, and I’ve spent over 20 years digging into how manipulation works — how governments use it to control, and how big corporations use it to drain our wallets (and our kids’ confidence).
Along the way, I brought my kids on the journey. I taught them how to spot the tricks, how to think clearly, and how to stay true to themselves, using real insights from neuroscience and psychology, but in a way they could actually use. I call it Mind Armor, and I just wish I knew it earlier. I genuinely believe it’s one of the best gifts a parent can give.
Here’s the good news: you don’t need a degree or to be a brain scientist to do this. You don’t need to be perfect. (Trust me—none of us are.) What matters is knowing that you are the best line of defense your child has.
You don’t have to do it all at once, and you don’t have to do it alone. But you can build the kind of mental and emotional strength in your child that helps them stand tall, even when the world tries to push them around.
That’s why I created this “Defending My Child’s Brain” Guide—to help parents like us protect what matters most: our kids’ minds, their confidence, and their sense of who they are… before someone else decides that for them.
I’m honored that The Epoch Times featured this guide in a beautifully designed report. You can access it here.
Very soon I’ll have a print version available too. Reply below if you want to find out when it’s available.
